The full-size vessel W3 from the German Coast Guard Niedersachsen is located in Emden. Its duty is the surveillance and securing of the near shore area, especially in the region of the harbour entrance in Emden. The model itself is a kit from company ROBBE whereas it is designed in a 1/25 scale. It is very much detailed and reflects it's big "sister" to a very high degree.
