gwtech Programming Challenge: Tic Tac Toe Tutorial 4: Javascript Algorithm 1

This tutorial goes over the algorithm to check if a player has won the game of tic tac toe. Due to the nature of the project, I just used a brute force algorithm to check every possibility. I could have used some short cuts, such as not checking a row, column, or diagonal that the last click didn't belong to, but since the game is so, so simple, it didn't hurt to check everything possible.
